Introduction:

Based on Article 1 of the Job Duties Regulation:

Paragraph 10 - Preserve the company's funds and assets and its rights, and not to use them except for the purposes assigned to them within the scope of work and not to take them out of the company.

Paragraph 12 - Preserve any tangible assets, documents, records, or financial pledges in his possession and deliver them in full to the competent administration in the event of transfer or when leaving the service in the company.

Article 8 of the prohibitions states:

Paragraph 7 - Do not take out records, papers, documents, or tangible assets related to work or the company outside the workplace without written permission from the General Manager or his assistants.

The company has the right to demand the employee to replace the asset with a financial amount in case of any unauthorized use.
